Dr. Mili Moni is a socially responsible individual who has dedicated herself to various social and welfare activities. She founded the Angel Charitable Trust in loving memory of her mother, Dr. PA Lalitha, who passed away due to Ovarian Cancer. The trust is committed to providing affordable cancer treatments to the underprivileged and has been instrumental in improving the health outcomes of numerous individuals in the region.

In addition to her charitable work, Dr. Mili Moni has initiated a community-based program called Santhwanam, which aims to empower women in the region. Through this program, she has organized various training sessions and workshops to provide women with the necessary skills to become self-sufficient and financially independent. She is also a medical partner in Madithatt, a daycare center for elderly men and women, where she provides quality medical care to the residents.

Dr. Mili Moni's commitment to social welfare extends beyond healthcare, as evidenced by being a advisory board member  to the Sukritham Girls Home. She provides educational needs such as uniforms, books, stationery, and food kits (groceries) every month to empower the girl child and improve their access to education. Additionally, she provides job opportunities to the disabled and autistic children of Nayanar Balika Sadanam, enabling them to showcase their skills and become self-sufficient.
